Blue Jay Exchange is a Birmingham community interest company bringing people of different cultures, ages and backgrounds together to share skills and stories. We work with young people, migrant women and local communities in Balsall Heath and Northfield, offering hands-on experience alongside industry experts in filmmaking, energy advice, retrofit and the arts. With English and Functional Skills support built into everything we do, we close the confidence gap, build employability skills and make sure people who are not easily heard have a voice.
